The VoiceCafe requires a username and password.

Members use their Team username and password.

If you are a GUEST: use the username and password provided to you for the presentation. Guest passwords are only active just prior to and during a presentation.

If your guest username and password are not allowing you access:

1) make sure that you are on time for the presentation. Guest passwords are usually only enabled 10-15 minutes before a presentation and during the presentation. They will not work at other times.

2) username and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you are not erroneously using upper case instead of lower case.

3) make sure that your computer browser is set to allow the sending of data (username/password). This is a common problem if your browser security settings are on "high".
