Members are expected to follow some basic rules of etiquette when in the voicecafe. Failure to abide by these rules may result in being removed from the room by the moderator (guests also) and further member violations may result in your OHB access being denied. These rules apply to everyone and are very simple. Thank you for your cooperation.

1. Business Overviews and Training Sessions will begin on the scheduled time.
Due to the chance that your clock is different than the moderators we suggest being 5-10 minutes early.

2. If no one is present in the room, the Presenter will leave 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
Our moderators cannot wait around longer than this if there are no members or guests ready to begin.
( Please organise and schedule your guest so that they are ready for the commencement of the Business Overview)

3. Do NOT ask questions of the Presenter during the Business Overview Session
unless the moderator has opened the room for questions. This is distracting not only to the moderator but also the guests in the room.

4. Refrain from general chatting / texting while a guest is in the room.
Keep any typing to a minimum once presenter has begun the Business Overview. Don't greet everyone that comes in the room or other generalized chatter.

5. The moderator may mute out all text and chat during the presentation if distractions occur.
They may also eject anyone at any time that creates a distraction during a presentation.

6. NO negative, argumentative, disrespectful, critical, disparaging or otherwise disruptive comments. This includes wisecracks, jokes, and any other political, racial or otherwise off-color remarks. Presentations are part of peoples businesses and should be treated as such. Violation of rule #6 will result in expulsion from the room for the session or possibly permanently depending upon the severity.

Your cooperation in following these simple rules will make the voicecafe session useful for everyone in attendance.
